Service Management
The dashboard provides full control over your active services, including upgrades, renewals, and cancellation.
Upgrading a Service
If you need more resources (RAM, CPU, Storage), you can upgrade your service instantly:
- Navigate to the Services list.
- Select the service you want to upgrade.
- Click on the Upgrade button.
- Choose the new package or customize specific resources (for VPS).
- Review the prorated cost (you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle).
- Complete the payment. The upgrade is usually applied immediately (reboot may be required for some resources).
Renewing a Service
Invoices are generated automatically if you have auto invoice creation enabled for your organization. However you can manually renew a service and change the billing cycle:
- Go to the service details page.
- Click Renew.
- Select the billing cycle (e.g., Monthly, Annually).
- Proceed to payment.
Requesting Cancellation
If you no longer need a service:
- Go to the service details page.
- Click Cancel Service (usually found in the Settings or Management tab).
- Provide a reason (optional) and confirm.
The service will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.
Warning: Cancellation is irreversible once the service is terminated and data is deleted.
